📦 Conditions for a return:

• The goods are unused and in original packaging

• The return request must be made within 14 days of receipt

• Digital products & customized items are excluded from cancellation

🔄 This is how the revocation works:

1. Send us an email to support@bestshoppers.de with:

   • your order number

   • the product you want to return

   • optionally the reason for return

2. We will send you the return address
   (please note: return shipping is at your own expense)

3. Once the product has been received, we will refund the purchase price via the original payment method used

📌 Important:

• We reserve the right to refuse returns if products have been visibly used

• In case of damaged or incorrectly delivered goods, please send photos directly
